Here's a quick update on the Treasure Coast single-family housing market for the year ending May 2026.
The overall story is that inventory remains tighter across the region than it was a year ago, while market activity varies by county.

In Martin County, closed sales were 209, down 11%, while months supply of inventory declined from 6.3 months to 4.1 months. New listings rose to 237, up 7.2%, and pending sales increased 23% to 195.
In Palm Beach County, closed sales reached 1,437, up 7.7% year over year. Months supply of inventory dropped from 5.8 months to 4.1 months. New listings came in at 1,603, down 8.6%, while pending sales were up 20% at 1,530.
In St. Lucie County, closed sales were 500, down 5.5%. Months supply of inventory moved down from 5.9 months to 5.0 months. New listings were 627, up 1.3%, while pending sales were down just 0.9% at 570.
In Indian River County, closed sales were 250, down 8.4% year over year. Months supply of inventory declined from 5.9 months to 5.0 months. New listings rose to 284, up 1.8%, and pending sales increased 16% to 301.
The biggest takeaway is that months supply of inventory is down in all four counties compared to last year. Buyer demand appears strongest in Martin, Palm Beach, and Indian River Counties, while St. Lucie remains a bit more balanced.
